Absorbing heat: The
air-energy drying room first absorbs low-temperature and low-pressure heat from the surrounding environment through the evaporator. In this process, the refrigerant in the evaporator not only absorbs heat, but also absorbs part of the moisture in the air.
Compression process: The refrigerant that has absorbed heat and moisture is then pressurized by the compressor, increasing its temperature and pressure. After compression, the refrigerant becomes a high-temperature and high-pressure gas.
Release heat: After the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant enters the condenser, it will release a large amount of high-temperature heat. This heat is used to heat the air in the drying room, so that the moisture in the materials (such as food, medicinal materials, etc.) is vaporized and evaporated.
Condensation and expansion: In the condenser, the refrigerant will condense and liquefy and release more heat energy. After that, through the throttle valve (or expansion valve), the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant will expand rapidly and become a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid state, ready to enter the evaporator again for the next cycle.
Cycling process: The low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant enters the evaporator again, repeating the above-mentioned process of absorbing heat, compressing, releasing heat, condensing and expanding, thus forming a continuous heat transfer cycle. This cycle continuously transfers the heat energy in the air to the materials in the drying room to achieve efficient drying.
In general, the air energy drying room achieves the drying of materials by absorbing heat energy from the environment and transferring it to the materials.
